Fun spot to stop in for some day or night drinking. The few times I’ve been here all the bartenders have been great. We also order some bar snacks and when I say snacks, I mean meals! They were great!

I great place to hang out with friends and family. It was my favorite place to go in the 80s and now as Carney's it's the place "everybody knows your name" 😉. My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception here 7 years ago. And now we're back to hear my son-in-law play his music ...check out the Mansion Dwellers next time they play!
I had a wonderful experience, we came for dinner and stayed for the live music. Really an awesome night, great selection of beers on tap. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to hangout and have a simple but great bite to eat.
We had our 40th High school reunion there and the food and atmosphere was outstanding!! His prices are extremely fair and we all had an amazing night of memories!!
Awesome food. Great service. Friendly staff. Stopped in for lunch. Will definitely be back. Carney sampler, reuben, quiet man sandwich all delicious!! The decor is adorable and reminds me of the first pub we stopped in in Ireland last year in Limerick. So cute!
The food was delicious, the specialty wing sauce was one of the best I've had and the pretzel was huge! Not like any other I've tried. Went for some drinks and appetizers, but would return to try more food. While the food was great, it was the friendly staff that made the experience. Both the bartender and our server were exceptional!
I first started going to Carney's in late 2022. That was when I learned that some of the patrons & some of the staff of Carney's takes a trip to Ireland every other year. I signed up & had an AMAZING time. After we returned, I made sure to visit Carney's for lunch. It was on that trip that I became great friends with Ally (head bartender). After returning, I found out that they have trivia every Tues night (now every other week). I still go to attempt to win 1st place! I became friendly with the regulars. Carney's has a family atmosphere. I ALWAYS feel welcomed when I enter Carney's. The food is fantastic!!! I think I make a new friend every time I go there. They have bands playing on the weekends & St. Patrick's Day is ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!! But, that doesn't stop the friendliness of the staff. The owner, Pete, always makes an appearance & goes around to everyone to say Hello to the regulars or Welcome to the first-timers. If you're looking for great food, great atmosphere & great people, then Carney's is the place for you!!
I am not usually the guy who goes and raves on the internet about a place. But I have been to Carneys many times. Sometimes for a meal, sometimes to celebrate, even to celebrate the life of my daughter’s mother. Recently we had my daughter’s Confirmation dinner there. It was a small party originally supposed to be bigger but life gets in the way. The food was outstanding, fresh and delicious. Pete and his staff were spectacular and didn’t take advantage of the fact we had some no shows. I have nothing negative to say, please check out a jewel in Amityville. A little Irish hospitality, we will be back!
Stopped in about 2 weeks ago. Everything was delicious! Friendly service, food was served hot & in a timely manner. We got potato skins, a pretzel and shepherds pie. Clean restaurant. Took a little bit to get the check, but the waitress said they were down a staff member that evening. We'll definitely return!
